Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the blauwsen.art website and the acquisition of works and products offered through it. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

1. Ownership. The site blauwsen.art is operated by Cie Blauwsen. For any communication, write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +51 910 613 491.

2. Works and products. The pieces shown are original works by Cie Blauwsen. As printmaking and sculpture, each copy carries variations inherent to a manual process: inking, registration, paper texture and finish may differ slightly from the images shown. Such variation is intrinsic to the technique and is not a defect.

3. Availability and enquiries. The site currently operates on an enquiry basis: prices and availability are confirmed by email or WhatsApp before any purchase. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a reservation or an obligation to sell until expressly confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Prices. Where shown, prices are stated in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice; the applicable price is the one confirmed in writing when the transaction is closed.

5. Intellectual property. All site content — images of works, texts, statement, visual identity and design — belongs to Cie Blauwsen and is protected under Legislative Decree 822, Peru's Copyright Law. Acquiring a work transfers ownership of the physical copy, not the copyright: it does not authorise reproduction, public communication or commercial use without the artist's written permission.

6. Use of the site. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to breach its security, bulk-extract its content or impersonate third parties.

7. Liability. The site is provided "as is". We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the absence of typographical errors or uninterrupted availability.

8. Consumer protection. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Law 29571, Peru's Consumer Protection and Defence Code. You may file a complaint or grievance in our virtual Complaints Book, available on this site.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Cercado de Lima, without prejudice to consumer protection channels before Indecopi.

10. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
